We have an exciting position for an Accounts assistant in our busy Accounts department. Reporting to the Head of Finance you will be responsible for supporting our Accounts department and general administrative assistance to other departments where required.
Your duties will include providing cover to the Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger/Credit Control teams. Assisting the Management Accounts team, including deputising for the Management Accounts Assistant role when required. Reception duties cover for breaks/holidays/absence.
To succeed in the role, you should have previous experience of working in an Accounts Team and have an effective working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as an excellent telephone manner.
